Selection Process
The final selection process for schools was based on the following criteria:
- Schools who expressed interest and confirmed readiness to deliver the Food Skills For Families program
- Equitable representation of the four identified communities: Aboriginal, Low Income, New Immigrant, and Punjabi
- Fair geographical spread of programs throughout the province.
- Availability of Community Facilitators to deliver the programs at the selected schools
